will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes, in addition to the photos that belong to the art campaign, the items can be seen in more detail in the photo gallery.
can I buy more than one item and how will I receive them?
Yes, you can add several products to the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout process and you can also add or remove products, the shipping cost will be 2.99 euros until you reach an amount of 40 euros where we will assume the cost of shipping and it will be free for you.
You will receive each product with its specific original MiBesoCosmetics packaging.
If you buy more than one product and it allows it, they could be grouped in the same packaging. In case you want it separately in our contact email hola@mibesocosmetics.com
Care of the products.
In the description of each product on our website you can see the ingredients it contains, any questions you may have about the ingredients or the mixture with other products that you use on a regular basis we will be happy to assist you. Our products are mostly vegan, recyclable packaging, made with high quality natural oils, free of parabens and not tested on animals.
You would have to expose the product to high or very low temperatures or make an inappropriate use of the product or mix it with foreign or harmful ingredients for its daily use to be harmed.
Returns.
The return of our products will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of payment. The refund of the corresponding amount will be made by the same way in which it was made. The product must be in the same conditions as it was delivered, with its original packaging and all its labels on.
You can make the return either with the transport agency that we use in MiBesoCosmetics or with any other transport agency that you prefer.

Once verified that the product is in perfect condition for its return, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount as soon as possible.

Shipping.
Shipments of MiBesoCosmetics, will be free of charge from 40 euros throughout Spain. And with a cost of 2.99 euros for orders that do not exceed that amount.
MiBesoCosmetics ships to all European countries with an additional cost of 30 Eur.
MiBESO COSMETICS will not ship orders (except by email with special request and additional cost *) to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Heligoland Island and the city of Büsingen (Germany), Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark), Aland Islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Livigno, Campione or Lago di Lugano areas (Italy), Channel Islands and Gibraltar (United Kingdom).

is it possible to exchange a product?
MiBesoCosmetics.com currently does not allow exchanges as such, but it is possible to make a return as indicated in the point on returns, and if you want to change an item for another must proceed to make a return and a new order.
