Below is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.MiBesoCosmetics.com,owned by Lucía Morales Álvarez-Hevia (hereinafter THE PROVIDER). The acceptance of this document implies that the user:

  1. You have read, understand and understand what is stated here.
  2. That he is a person with sufficient capacity to hire.
  3. That assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website www.MiBesoCosmetics.com of THE PROVIDER.

THE PROVIDER reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.


On the one hand, THE PROVIDER of good / s or service / s contracted by the user is Lucía Morales Álvarez-Hevia, with address in Valencia, in Jaime Roig street nº 25 12-B CP 46010 and with contact email, hola@MiBesoCosmetics.com

On the other hand, the user, registered on the website by username and password, for which he has full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.


The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale born between THE PROVIDER and the user at the time he accepts during the contracting process the corresponding box.

The relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.


The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language.

The user to be able to access the services offered by THE PROVIDER, must register through the website, by creating a user account. To do this, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that are required.

The user will select a username and password, committing to make diligent use of them, and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to communicate to THE PROVIDER, the loss and theft of the same or the possible access by an unauthorized third party, in such a way that it proceeds to the immediate blocking.

The user may not choose as a username words that have as their purpose, to confuse others by identifying him as a member of THE PROVIDER, as well as profanity, insulting expressions and in general, contrary to the Law or the requirements of morality and good customs.

Once the user account has been created, it is reported that in accordance with the requirements of article 27 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

  1. Choice and contracting of the product(s) or service(s).
  2. Email confirming receipt of the order.
  3. Sending and receiving the product(s) or service(s).

In any case, the contracting platform of THE PROVIDER will inform the user, once the contracting procedure has been completed, via email regarding all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, date of contracting and estimated delivery of the product or service contracted.


The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, THE PROVIDER does not assume responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE PROVIDER must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that no liability may be attributed against THE PROVIDER.


The prices indicated for each product include all taxes and fees, not including shipping costs and in any case will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). These shipping costs will be applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of it.

Any payment made to THE PROVIDER will entail the issuance of a delivery note / ticket in the name of the registered user. This delivery note / ticket will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user, as well as sent along with the product purchased. If you would like an invoice you must expressly request it.

For any information about the order, the user will tell via email to the e-mail address hola@MiBesoCosmetics.com. In any case, the subject of the message must indicate the order number that was assigned to you and that is indicated in the purchase confirmation email.

If the user requests a product / s whose destination is outside Spain, he may be obliged to pay some tax, fee or duties and import taxes, which will be charged at the time the package arrives at its destination. Any additional amount due to this customs clearance will be borne by you.

For orders with shipping within Spain there are no shipping costs, except for the islands, Ceuta and Melilla(*). This page does not ship products outside of Spain. The return costs are borne by the user.


The user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product or error in shipping, the costs related to shipping will be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note or invoice issued and in perfect condition.

If the product(s) is defective, THE PROVIDER will immediately replace the product with another of the same conditions. Returns of the product (s) or personalized service (s) or that for reasons of hygiene (intimate garments) or other legally contemplated exceptions are not susceptible to this right will not be accepted.

THE PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse returns when:

  1. The return request is sent after the deadline, once 14 calendar days have elapsed since the delivery of the product/ s.
  2. The item is not returned with the original packaging, is unlabeled, in poor condition or has been used.
  3. When the collection of the package is not facilitated to our transport company, once the return procedure has begun.

If the product / s or service / s is not provided within the indicated period and the user cancels the operation or when for reasons not attributable to THE PROVIDER, it is impossible to serve or perform it, it will be paid, at no cost.

The return procedure will be as follows:

  1. Write to hola@MiBesoCosmetics .com and indicating:
    Name, Email address, Address where to pick up the order, Approximate time of collection of the order, Contact telephone, Order number, Mail with which you have purchased the product, Product, Reason for return (Does not correspond to my order / Defective / Size problem / Other)
  2. We will send a confirmation email to the email address provided, announcing that we send the courier company to collect the product / s, indicating date and approximate time of collection.
  3. The courier company will pick up the product(s). Remember that you must include in addition to the product ( s with all the labels and / or instructions, a copy of the delivery note of the order.
  4. Once we have received the product, we will check that the product / s is in good condition and conforms to what is specified in the mail, in terms of the reasons for return.
  5. Once everything has been verified, we will either send a new garment, or return the price paid (if applicable discounting the return costs in accordance with the provisions of the rate for shipping costs), this return period will be 3 to 5 working days.

The application of the refund of the price in the account or card of the user will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The term of application of the refund of the price can be up to 7 calendar days for debit cards and up to 30 calendar days for credit cards.

It is not possible to make a change of product / s since we have a limited stock of product / s and once the sale is closed it may happen that we no longer have more units to make the change. But you can always return the item, within 14 calendar days, as we have explained above.


The user has the possibility of making returns of products received in poor condition, in addition to tare or factory defect (provided that such defects had not been due to manipulation or improper use of the user), by transport.

Whenever you receive an order and do not review it at the moment, in order to claim for this cause, it is necessary to put, pending review on the delivery note.

In addition, the claim in these cases must be made as soon as possible, being necessary that the period does not exceed 24 hours following receipt of the order, to be covered by transport insurance.

THE PROVIDER reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these conditions.


All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description.

All of them have a warranty period of 2 years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.


These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in what is not expressly established. THE PROVIDER and the user, agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services of these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.

In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, THE PROVIDER and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia (Spain).
